i’m trying to call you like a hundred times but all i hear is we are busy we will call you back as soon as possible 3 days in a row without any change and one time by luck one lady answer to me and i asked her do you speak english she said no and canceled the line on my face !!!!! this is so rude i can’t believe that! if i can give you less than 1 star i will do but i can’t

Terrible service. They took the blood test and confirmed that it had to be prepared the next morning but didn’t send me the results, even after lots of attempts to call the receptionist no one reacted to my request. I still didn’t get the results (4 days of waiting) and this was really terrible experience, the doctor answered to most of my questions that I had to look it up in the internet. It’s not ok for the private clinic.
I could hardly visit regular Czech healthcare institutions after I met a quality service such as this. Extremely recommended for foreigners living in Czech republic
I wanted to make an apointment. I called the nr from the website and the lady that answered was not nice, she told me that i can't get an apointment if i am a șelf payer, only if i contact the marketing departament and pay a monthly fee... i just wanted a check up and pay for it but aparently they do apointments only for members. Very rude costumer care....
I called their reception desk today and was met with an extremely rude person. This is the opposite of what I'd expect from a premium healthcare provider.
We had to visit this center today during our trip, through our Spanish insurance. The attention received has been fantastic. Thank you very much to the whole team, very professional and especially to the receptionist on the third floor who, besides to be very kind, spoke very good Spanish and it has been a great help!
I absolutely love my provider! Beautiful building esthetics. Extremely pleasant and helpful front office staff. Refreshments are always offered. Bathrooms are spotless and always fully stocked. Little to no wait to be seen for scheduled appointments. The providers are very personable and actively listen. Appointments are never rushed. Highly recommended!
Very nice buildings, but poor service for luxury price, no follow up, not able to plan long term care, every time you have to visit a different doctor. If you have an emergency, no availability.
