Staff is friendly and tries to help you. The facilities are dirty and without any ventilation or window. Wouldn’t recommend it, I’m sure there are better spa locations in the city less expensive. Did a massage for 30’ and the first 10’ were only the masseuse talking. Would expect more from a spa located in a 4* hotel

Was going there once per week.The steam room broke down and they are still yet to repair it 6 months later. The jacuzzi was broken last time I went in. Despite this there is no mention of it before you pay the full price for entrance.
Mysleli jsme si že si užijeme nádherny večer ve vířivce a místo toho jsme měli neumytou vanu podlaha mokrá po předchozích návštěvnícich všude špína. Jediné co nás potěšilo že recepční byla příjemná a usmívala se. Nikomu bych nedoporucil takovou vířivku.
Velmi příjemný a luxusní wellness v Praze.
