Doctors are more or less fine, but lady on reception is horrible. In general they don't care. They care about how to sell you something and about your insurance number. Also you will spend millions of hours sitting and waiting, even if you booked :) Good luck.
If you're not a Czech speaker, don't bother with this place. I was here on 31/1/2018 to get a referral. While the receptionist / nurses don't speak a word of English (some try), the doctors do - and that is okay. But when I met with the doctor she proceeded to speak Czech to me. After informing her that I can only converse in English, she (although nearly fluent in English) said that I must bring a Czech translator with me next time - this is not acceptable. Am I (a foreigner that is struggling to befriend the xenophobic Czechs) expected to find a Czech speaker and ask them to take leave from work to accompany me every time I visit this establishment? Unacceptable. I won't be returning here.
I was there about a year ago, just to get a signature from the doctor to verify my health report which has already been translated. At first I was told it would cost 600czk if I do not have the health card but then it suddenly came up to 1000czk. I don't understand why is it so expensive for just a signature? Are they ripping foreigners off or is it really this expensive?
Professional and nice staff. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but I never waited more than 15 minutes if I made an appointment in advance.
Skvělý, pečlivý a profesionální přístup k pacientovi od MUDr. Edity Hrnčířové, který jsem jinde nezažila. Doporučuji.
Již jsem tu přes dva roky a musím říci spokojenost nade vše... K doktorovi je dobré se objednat na čas a hned jdete v daný čas na řadu... Mohu jen doporučit...
Не рекомендую данное отделение. Онлайн запись не работает. Позвонили на рецепцию в 9 утра говорят доктор вам перезвонит как освободится. Доктор перезвонил в 19:10 выслушал на что жалуемся и попросил сфотографировать горло и прислать ему на email и добавил только быстрее я уже ухожу. Через 5 минут пишет я вам посылаю рецепт. Через 20 мин пишу ей где рецепт? Через час отвечает я уже ушла домой отправлю завтра. Это не услуги это позор этой фирме. Постоянно набирают новых пациентов, потому-то старых таким сервисом не удержишь. Врачи тоже там долго не задерживаются. Очень много у них плохих отзывов в последнее время. После каждого плохого отзыва появляется фейковый с 5 звездами, пытаются оценку удержать, ну ну. Однозначно будем уходить.
