Arrived at 00:00 and the driver hasn’t shown with no taxis at the airport. And no the driver definitely wasn’t present. A limousine stands out and there was absolutely no limos parked in the airport. We had to wait until 1am to get a taxi.

Everything about this company is top notch! When I had a problem booking to an address rather than a hotel for a shared shuttle, Customer service did more than I asked of them! I had a great experience when I used their City Centre Shuttle 2 years ago and feel confident that I will again when I use them next week! No matter what you need, they already have or will find a solution! Great service and very reasonably priced, what more could you ask for?

I knew that Prague had Uber but thought arranging a taxi in advance would make life easier and it definitely did. Prague Airport Transfers should be the only taxi company you consider using. When we landed, there was a chap with my name on a sign. We were taken straight to his car, offered a free bottle of water each and a city map. He then drove us straight to our hotel and I paid for the ride on card. The price was excellent and we used the same company for a lift back to the airport a few days later. I highly recommend Prague Airport Transfers and will 100% use them again in the future when I return to the city.

Fabulous service. Good website, easy to use and to book, instructions clear about where driver will meet you, well presented drivers, comfortable vehicles, they gave me a guidebook and map too, which came in very useful! Definitely recommend - a private transfer cost around 20 for a 30 min trip directly from the airport to my door of my Airbnb. I am using this company for my return trip today, so hope the experience is 10/10 again!

They used to be very good. But now they have drivers coming late, payment with card is a headache (recent trips they pushed me to pay in cash even I have to use corporate credit card - terminals are not working). I think I will try Tick Tack taxi next time

I cancelled my booking with this company and received written confirmation of the cancellation. Despite cancelling a driver came and picked me up and on arrival at my accommodation, I was asked to pay. I had booked another car and prepaided after cancelling with Prague Airport Transfers as I don’t carry cash when travelling. When I queried the driver became quickly agitated and demanding money, also I had asked if his name was Lucas at the airport (the name of the driver who was supposed to pick me up) which this driver had ignored which in hindsight should have warned me. I was intimidated and confused but I paid the driver as after all he had provided a service and contacted the company who agreed it was their fault and no one had told the driver! Prague Airport transfers offered no refund and suggested I should have not paid the driver (who was very agitated) so consequently paid twice for an airport pickup. It all felt very suspicious in hindsight and I think the driver knew exactly what he was doing as he was very quick to start raising his voice to me. 14 Jan 2020 - This is in response to the owners comments that I did not cancel and it was my own fault for making multiple bookings. I have attached a copy of my cancellation confirmation email plus the email when I complained that says \it is out mistake\. I cancelled and it was confirmed and they are liars.
