The joint stock company Letiště Praha was founded in February 2008 as part of the privatisation transformation from the state-owned company Správa Letiště Praha. In 2011, Letiště Praha was incorporated into the above-mentioned holding structure and its only shareholder is Český Aeroholding. The bodies of the joint stock company are a five-member Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board.
