First time I’d used SMART WINGS and the flight was just fine. Used to travel back to London. Cabin crew were fantastic and very helpful. Food and drink reasonably priced. Seat was comfy plenty of room. Very good experience!

Banking connection between their web and payment gate is not working. I have tried to pay fly tickets many times and something went always wrong. I had to try to solve this problem with call centre operators but nobody is able to help..they should contact their IT department, but I am afraid nobody at Smartwing is smart enough to understand the problem is on their side and they should apologize to their potential customers who wanted to spend money. Smartwings doesn't care about their customers. Nevermore.

It’s an average airline company. I flew with this company twice (I don’t count return flights) and in both flights, there were long delays like one hour and more... And the food prices may not have to comment...

Worst experience I had in my life. The attendant during the boarding literally was shouting at me because I had two carry on bags, important to mention that one of them was my computer inside a tiny bag.he keep doing it although I was about to pay in order to try and educate me about following the rules. Never gonna fly with them again

Delayed, always. All the flights are delayed and they know, they plan it like this. 2h15min delay one way, they refused to provide refreshment for free (they have to but they refused to provide). 1h30min delay on the way back. They do not inform about the departure delay upfront. You cannot find it at the airport not even at Flightradar app, so you need to check the plane that goes for you, and then you seen it's 2hours late. The flight with them is not worthy. Time is money and almost 4h delay in total is a lot. You arrive to the final destination late, look for the accomodation at night, everything is closed. Really poor experience.

The service is the worst. They even disembark the plane from the back and force you to stay seated! Trust me its amazing if you have a baby with you and you are seated in front row and waiting for everybody to get out (a lot of baby noise). Just to add to that its a BUS arline (you Bus to every plane around the airport)

Always a minimum delay of 1 hour without any sorry or explication and despite this one of the most expensive tickets.
