The guy working was an absolute dick. I had been traveling through Switzerland, Austria and flying back to US from Czech with a less than a 20 minute connection window in Frankfurt Germany. Went to the Prague airport early to get customs stamp for tax free purchases. First the guy refused to stamp Swiss items. Says Switzerland not part of EU and needs to get stamped before leaving that country. Tell him leaving Switzerland via train cannot get stamped but was informed by Swiss officials they accept the EU customs stamp. He disagrees and refuses to stamp. Moreover, he then refuses to stamp the purchases made in his country saying they were too expensive. What!?! Too expensive, what does that even mean? He said, get it done in Frankfurt before your connection. Tell him we have a tight connection and he still refuses. Although we landed in Frankfurt with our connection to US already boarding, we were through customs and had all, ALL even our Swiss receipts stamped to receive the taxes back within ten minutes. Despite what the Czech official said, Switzerland does accept the EU stamp and he even stamped our Czech items the person in Czech refused. Will never arrive or depart a vacation from Prague again, their customs guys are first class A-holes. Get the feeling the Czech system was pretty corrupt and has maintained it's corruption over the years. Need to avoid this place. You have been warned!

Na balík z Číny čekám už 2 týden, nevím co na tej celnici delaj netahla placený z mých daní! Ještě když snímá člověk mluví tak jsou Mistrů světa! Tragédie zavazadlo z USA když sem cestoval tak mi predali bez dárků nechali mi tam jen rozházene věci. Tak pekne vánoce vám preju do těch vašich hub nevymachanych!

Absolutně hrozné chování. Není normální někomu řict “sklapněte” toto přece není normalní, to že jste ve “vyšší pozici” a odbavujete naše zásilky neznamená že ke mě se můžete takto chovat.

Moc chvalim přístup a pomoc paní koordinátorky, /25.8.2020 dopoledne-pro případ, kdyby se střídala s někým jiným/. Bohužel neznám jméno. Vrátil se mi balík z USA, který jsem zasilala zpět do ČR na celní správu Praha Ruzyně. V USA neprošel celnici. Měla jsem si vyřídit vlastní procleni pro vracení do zpětného oběhu. (Zkratka, abych si ho mohla vyzvednout a nedošlo k likvidaci) Paní byla velmi ochotna, s celým procesem mi pomohla, balik jsem si vyzvedla zpět. Neplatila jsem nic a to vše s pochopením a úsměvem. Za mě ️️️️️!!!!
