I left my coat here to be dry cleaned and returned a few months later to pick it up because I had lost my receipt, and I had given up hope of retrieving it. Anyhow, I decided to try to receive it back without my receipt. I described my coat very clearly to the counter woman. (There was only 1 coat that matched my description and indeed it had been waiting there for the time I said.. ) Very obviously it was my coat since no other coats were there that matched my exact description! I was ready to pay even a higher price for my coat however I was told I could NOT have my coat back without my passport! This would have made no difference, since I had not given my name nor address, when I dropped off my coat, and obviously I am not a thief since I knew all the details about my coat and the length of time my coat was waiting. A thief would not have this information. How many thieves visit dry cleaners asking to pay for old coats? Of course I do not carry my passport on shopping trips. I told her I did not have it and can I please have my coat! She told me sternly it was NOT possible without a passport ....as if this place is a high security bank. This was NOT my first bad experience here! My first experience was that I had also another coat dry cleaned and it was returned to me with all the eagle designs on the buttons melted off . I did not have a \before \ photo, so I couldn't complain,! Stay clear of this grumpy place or suffer the consequences. If you must use it, then take \before\ photos of your clothes! This place has still to learn about modern pleasant customer service.

Very poor customer service. I mean the lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name) who was very rude and treated me like if she felt disgusted by my presence. It was about 6.08 pm on 23rd of April. Hope the cleaning quality is not the same as the service level.

Služby této společnosti jsem využila na jaře 2020 před karanténou. Dala jsem tři věci na čištění (sako a dva kabaty), a pokud byla na saku poměrně obtížná skvrna (víno), oba kabaty neměli konkrétní skvrny, dala jsem jich čistit obecně a komplexně. Všechny tři věci mi byly vráceny se štítky „promiňte, že nemůžeme lépe vyčistit.“ Žmolky však nebyly odstraněny ani na kabátě, které zůstali hnědé od prachu. Chápu, že to jsou obyčejní lidé, nejsou čarodějové (jak jste napsáli dolů), ale alespoň nemožnost odstranit žmolky z vlněného kabátu - vrchol neprofesionality. Kromě toho mi pani vrátila sako s tím, že to rozhodně není víno (ale vím, co za skvrnu mám!). Zjistila jsem stav kabátů jen ted', až nadešel čas jich nosit, ale je to bohužel už moje chyba. Důrazně nedoporučuji.

Já sem chodím opakovaně už pár let se všemi obleky, košilemi které nezvládla pračka a kabáty. Vždy jsem se setkal s milým přístupem, rychlým jednáním a dobře odvedenou prací

Bohužel jsem si recenze přečetl až po vyzkoušení této čistírny. A musím potvrdit předešlé příspěvky. Opravdu nedoporučuji a už nikdy více. Paní byla velmi nepříjemná a nepřívětivá. Měla by raději jít lepit ouška k hrnečkům, než jednat s lidmi. Vrcholem pak byl na \vyčištěném\ saku lísteček: omlouváme se, oděv nešel lépe vyčistit. Tedy zaplatíte plnou cenu a skvrny zůstanou. Perfektní byznys.

Vždy (dvakrát ročně po dobu dvou až tří let) stejná strašná zkušenost s katastrofálním přístupem obsluhujících dam. Velmi nepříjemné, neochotné s obličejem a řečmi, že je vše problém. Vzhledem k této opakující se zkušenosti již čistírnu nikdy nevyužijeme a nedoporučíme.
