Brought a circle cutter, on the package it wasn’t clear for which diameter, at home found out it is really big. Went back to return, but have been told return is only within 10 days. Nothing written on the receipt and it sounds like there are much more rules to apply when you want to return something there. Just want to give a remind to all who cares. (And furthermore, regarding the reply from the shop below: it is actually easy to put one sentence on the bill, to be real customer friendly. The way the shop deals with it, and even replied here about they website and the notice on the wall, only can show they just want to be correct according to the law but not thinking for the customers. Sad!)

Nej nej obchod pro libovolné tvoření. Nejen, že tu mají vše, na co si vzpomenete, ale také Vám se vším poradí, i se začátečníky mají velikou trpělivost, poradí Vám, co je vhodné, v kamenném obchodě vždy usměvavý personál, v eshopu sleva při registraci.
