We just went there for breakfast. But that experience was extraordinary, particularly thanks to the aware, friendly and professional great people working there. The buffet is not especially gigantic but includes a variety of food that can satisfy various nutritional preferences, from juices (and real ones thereof, which has not always been the case) , water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the drinks sections, and a variety of pastrys, fruits, butter, jam, chocolate and honey, pickled stuff, cereals, eggs and sausages, beans and some things more to fill your belly with for a more than descent price of 200 crowns for external guests. And again I feel the need to emphasize how especially great and welcomed I felt with the staff, who, while we surely weren't the easiest customers, regularly staying longer, coming and going and sometimes engaging in slightly louder discussions, when the distance to other breakfasters seemed to allow such behavior, were never met with anything but great service, smiling politeness, and more consideration than we might have deserved. Thank you for repeatedly enriching our days with a great start into them:-)
Cool place, nice booking price and fantastic brekfast. Room was clen and preaty, bed was big and comfortable. Wi-Fi need upgrade. Slow internet is most enoyig think in hotel. Pepole in holtes was kind and everyone speek english well.
Great hotel in great location that suited us for our needs as we attended a musical show nearby. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Its dog friendly so we could stay over with our dog. Beautifully decorated rooms and best breakfast buffet ever. Anything you can imagine was there for breakfast. Would definitely go back again.
The hotel is good. Nothing special. Rooms are dim and not very clean. Bathroom also is not freshly built. Breakfast is not great too. Not many choices. However for dinner the restaurant is good for having a salad and bear.
It's a good hotel here. English speaking staff (about a B2 on the IELTS), marvellous breakfast, good WiFi and helpful staff. If you happen to stay in room 509, see if you can find an origami crane in the drawer. Bring it home safe with you and get in touch so I can find out where it has ended up
