Always clean and very friendly and helful staff. Bit small so depends on how many people are in and it relies on the Café above it as the entrance is through there.

Initially had a lot of trouble working the machines. Stupid me put my already washed clothes into another washer on a very high heat thinking it was a dryer. And paid a lot for it too. Thank God the Czech lady also doing her clothes at the time helped me out and told the staff I had a problem. The staff was very helpful and put my clothes to wash and spin again free of charge and will help me dry it also. They also cleaned up the massive mess I made when trying to wring dry my clothes. I'm so sorry and so thankful for their help. Professional customer service. Would recommend.
Clean, tidy and excellent machines. The lady there was very helpful - even though we didn't speak each others language, we managed to communicate just fine. Only slight hiccup was that the change machine didn't accept my 100Kc note - a lovely young man swapped it over to an older note, and all was fine. You have to walk through the cafe and downstairs to get there. Each machine costs 140Kc, so take 50, 20 and 10 coins if you can. Hallelujah, washing is done!
Open from 7 - 8pm - from monday till sunday. Price for washing 140 czk including washing powder. Ladies doesnt speak english. You can change money for coins at maschine next to entrance door.
I'm at the laundromat right now waiting for the machine to finish. The staff was fantastic, explained everything and even gave me a hand in loading the machine. Prices are displayed clearly on the wall, with instructions in English. Not expensive at all.
