It happened several times that the lock did not open when I scanned the QR code. However the timer started. I had to eturn\ the bike, even though I never used it, I reported the issue, but I was still charged. Today I wanted to use a bike parked in front of the Olsanka hotel. Once again, the lock did not open. I wanted to eturn\ it, but the app said I was outside of the acceptable parking area and I would need to pay 320 CZK. I had not even moved the bike. I had to contact the support. Also today I used another bike, but I was asked to say where I left it, as the app did not register it. Unfortunately the app needs a lot of improvement. I am not giving 1 star because some bikes work fine.

Comfortable and easy to ride bikes, friendly & efficient customer service! Please put more bikes in Krizikova and Hradcanska area, plenty of Nextbikes but hardly any Rekolas :(
Just a short one. Make sure you park prior 30 min time. You need a few minutes to answer all the questions and if you parked after 29 minutes - you will not catch it and have to pay for the whole next 30 minutes only because you press 'buttons' on your phone.
Great bike sharing system, I hope it will expand and that it can be used throughout the city all the year long.
The best way how to get around in the center. Download the app, pay 1 CZK and enjoy free 15-mins rides. Bikes well designed for the Pragues cobblestone streets.
I love the fact that it is a privately funded and run bike sharing system costing the taxpayers nothing and being way easier to use and comprehensive than most city-funded ones elsewhere. Keep up the good work and keep bureaucrats out of our lives and pockets.
