I was very disappointed. They lost the present I ordered online. I wasn't receiving any updates on my order even though I chose a delivery to the store and they keep products at the back of the place and when I went there to ask what's happening they just carelessly said they didn't know where the product was. Plus the refund takes around 2 weeks which is ridiculous. So I don't have the gift and the birthday is tomorrow. I will never order from them again.

I had the best experience with this e-shop. I ordered something to be picked up at their main pick up - somewhere central Prague. My product was there within one day!! Plus everyone was so nice. Recommend to everyone who wants quality products, and fast.
I was a buyer from the store, I bought a Kanken laptop case and ok. But today I went to the store to drink a beer (they have also bar) and to see more products and my kid had an accident and broke a chopper board, they charged me 300 instead Of 500kc, which is not that bad and I understand but ...now I don’t feel to continue being a vemzu customer... and I don’t recommend you to go to the place, and specially with your kids.

Best customer service. I haven't been able to pay through goPay, but I called the office and Tereza was able to immediately help me and change it to bank transfer. Also they have huge variety of products, especially nature based cosmetics \u003c3 Can only recommend.

Worst customer service. I ordered but they cannot even tell me the status of my order. Ketrin cannot even verify properly that I paid or not and she told me to pay twice! Their goPay does not work so you are told to deposit money in their account and when you do and send them a screenshot they say you have not paid. They clearly do not know what they are doing and cannot even create a system where the customer tracks the items themselves. I will never buy anything from this \store\ again. Worst. Where is my order? Ketrin said I can get it today and Anna today said it has not left the warehouse so now I am cancelling it and asking for a refund and I am sure they cannot process it also! WORST EVER.
