The time i worked at the company the bathrooms were leaking and the floors were flooded. Bathroom was out of service most of the time. A.C. during summer was not functioning and leaking. Bonus structure was made so that you couldnt achieve your bonus because it would increase substantially the day before the end of the month scaled out of proportion so that it would become unattainable, and this was each and every month for each and every agent. Nobody was doing anything even if this cheat was crystal clear. Management seemed to be hiring and promoting from family relations rather than professionality, effort and hard work. Very unrecommended And if you have the guts to say that what I am saying is a lie then prove me wrong. P.s. the leak was 2 years ago
