I have been treated by the PhDr. Zahera El Ali, the first appointments The Ali has treated me kindly and has aligned my spine and rotated with movement to my frozen arm, they were like eight appointments, but I do not improve my pain, his consultations never went beyond 15 minutes and today was the Last section, he treated me in a decomposing and arrogant way, today was the only day he did not understand my Czech accent and even questioned me for not having a high level of the Czech language and I also question myself for not speaking English, in his opinion, when I asked him if he would treat my shoulder manually as in the previous consultations he almost threw me out of his office with a cold goodbye, he refused to treat me as on previous occasions, I honestly do not recommend it, unless you have money to be able to pay him in cash for each query.

The reception experience was pretty unpleasant - even no reply for “Dobry den”, don’t say about the attitude to the patient/client. They don’t respect the appointment time either - it seemed like 10 people were scheduled for 8am to the same doctor, I had to wait 1 hour.

Skvělý a úžasný personál, který mi vždy vyšel ve všem vstříc. Od lékařů, přes sestřičky až po fyzioterapeuty. Kvalita péče na velice vysoké úrovni. A hlavně, pomohli mi s rameny i koleny tak, že se mohu opět svobodně hýbat a vrátit se k aktivnímu životu. Díky za to!
