I'm a regular customer. Can't believe they still aren't using HTTPS on their website - your data sent via their reservation form is unencrypted :/ The cheaper vans could use some cleaning. But overall good experience.

Regularly rented \wrecks\ there, you get what is promised. Lots of issues but driving perfectly fine. Lots of space for cheap.customer service is however only mediocre. Consider your rental period well. Prolongation comes to a premium. They moved and it's hard to find as of 07/2019: now behind \Auto Steiner
Had to wait a bit, while my renting time was running, due to a needed fixup of the van we were renting, other than that though a great place to rent a van and anything else you'll need to move a large amount of things from point A to point B.
It's allrite. You get what you pay for in terms of visual quality. My car, VW Crafter Maxi (306tkm), though not pretty, drove well and didn't fail me during the 3 days and 400 km. Long wait in the morning, and no proper waiting space is the biggest disadvantage.
The van we ended up with was falling apart and was tiny (3 trips to move a couch a table and a bunch of musical equipment), other than that it was good. The employees were nice, the price was ok (1000 Kč for the day), and we were in and out quickly
One of the best places to rent a van. Truth is, that they're located quite far from centre, but it's still quite easy to get there. They'll make it up to you by doing their best to make you satisfied with your rental :)
worst experience. unprofessional. terrible cars. nothing works. Even 1 star is too much!
Good idea. The car we had was realy old and in bad shape. Side door was blocked, turn signals stopped to work. Prices are good.
