Worse experience ever. They won't help you unless you speak Czech. Did speak Czech as good as I can, but eventually even ladies on reception were screaming and over-reacting to my questions and requests. Hope will never come there again. Even. MUDR Jitka Jindrova lacks communication skills and can't speak politely.

If you have another option, do it, no doubt. It was nightmare to get pre-op docs, I don't know the process and what I need, arrogant behavior can't help, on every appointment new doctor, incomplete docs, make your own copies of any treatments. I'll try to find another ambulance when I'll be in Prague.

Low lever of service, typical \v Čechách mluvime Česky\, screaming ladies on the reception, not kind, not professional doctor. Besides that _without_ my permission they registered me in their clinic to change Insurance company on monthly basis. Now I need to wait 3 months to change the GP.

Waited for 2 and half hours , not the first time...., unpleasant people at the reception. Not a nice experience!

This is nuts. The waiting time. The rudeness. Come here for a totally miserable time.

Not counting the huge line you’ll need to go through (unless you plan your sickness 1 month in advance...this is the timeframe to get an appointment), don’t go there if you are an expat who doesn’t speak Czech as you could end up with Dr. Kucerova who will welcome you by insults just because she wants everybody in this country to speak the local language (racist?) and try to make every possible problem just to mess around with you! Just moved back to my previous doctor

If you are sick you waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours minimum. General opening hours say 8:00-20:00, but unless you are booked you have to be there till 4pm otherwise they have only booked patients. So if you start feeling sick during the day it's just too bad because they will never book you for the same day. They still have people advertising Infront of metro stops to take more patients in, but they are not capable to tend to their current patients in a normal time.

You have to call at least one month in advance or wait in very long line
