Worst place ever. They're very unprofessional and they charge you crazy. X-rays are free everywhere in Czech Republic if you have VZP but they charge you anyway. The doctors don't speak english and all of them smoke cigarettes so they smell very vad. Dont go even if you die.
I was in terrible pain due to my top 8th being in bad shape. Had emergency appointment done for day after. During day of meeting received a call, asking if I am confirming my arrival in late evening ( scheduled 7:30 pm- very flexible ). Once I arrived, I was taken immediately for x-ray, after that to the doctor. And I can tell with hand on my heart - she was the most caring and sweet human being I have ever seen. When I got my usual panic attack, she would wait and calm me down, asking me to breathe slowly. After I chilled she removed my tooth and I did not even realize how and when it was gone!! All lasted for 20 seconds or so! I saw other people putting negative comments for the clinic- and now I am glad I did not take them into consideration before arrival. You should not neither. Thank you doctor for great service today, I will be back with another teeth :)))

On Sunday I visited the Artstom clinic with massive pain in my tooth. I wasn't able to tell which one it was exactly as all my mouth was in pain and I was desperate for help and attention. Doctor with her broken czech language asked me for symptoms, we did X-ray where regarding to situation she haven't found any issue why my tooth could hurt me and she thought regarding to my comments that was one particular tooth and started drill into this after local anesthesia. I got from her later some semi permanent filler and I've been told to take painkillers and return within 5days to clean up the root canals or to book with my dentist if she is available. Yesterday I spent day in the worse pain ever. Today luckily I was able to make an appointment with my doctor which is treating me for years. I explained her my terrible experiance on Sunday morning in your clinic. She did a control X-ray again and she found out that I have terrible infection just in second tooth from the one which your doctor drill and unfortunately ruined!!! I have to treat two teeth right now and I am in massive pain since the weekend. The only help your clinic gave me was the anestesia which saved me for few hours from headeche. I am so so disappointed that you are taking money from people for such a crapy job! I won't return and I won't be recommending your clinic to anyone!! As well I wanted to mention that I am giving you a review in english language although I am from Czech Republic but I could barely understand the doctor so I am expecting she won't be able to to get my point. Hope everyone open google first to read my feedback. STAY AWAY! This was big fail! Many thanks for ruining my tooth.
Staff are all very professional and friendly and took care of me immediately - had a difficult case of ingrown wisdom tooth which I have been struggling with for weeks. Went for a consultation same day I called and following day I was scheduled for the surgery already. Procedure was painless and done in 20 minutes, although other surgeons told me it will take 1.5-2hrs as it was a difficult case. It was perfectly healed in a few weeks and had no infection! Never met such a professional surgeon like Dr. Viktor Yatsemirsky! I would absolutely recommend him and everyone in the team! Thank you!
I visited twice in 4 days and had 5 fillings done here. Doctor Hanna Tiahar was very nice and professional and explained very clearly everything she was doing. If you ever have problems with your teeth, this is a place to go!
