Very friendly and helpful staff. My friend lost his passport and they were very professional about it, no hassle at all.
I had my British passport stolen in Prague, these guys were so helpful & managed to sort out an emergency passport in just a an hour or 2, for me to fly home
Needed some information, called, went through the menu, spoke to a very friendly lady (Hanna) who gave me everything I needed and some extras not considered. Professional, helpful service - what more can I ask for from my local Embassy.
