Never do passport pictures in here. 169 crowns for 2 clicks and the result it’s just way to bad. They gave me money back but wasn’t very polite. Not service oriented at all

I think this shop was the best regarding to decorations and distribution of the stuff. Everything has its own place, it’s clean, wide open, luminous, well located, you can even find some atrezzo to make the shop looks better. Shop assistants were very nice, they know about the products and about photography. I really liked the fact that the pictures on the wall were their photographies and I was impressed because pictures where really good. Something I would change is that shop assistants should improve their english. The shop is located on a touristic place, and the two days before I was attended by very good english speakers, so I expected the same level at least, but in comparison to other shop assistants, I think they should be better. By the way, they can communicate very well with tourists right now.

Company with a great love to hidden fees. I tried to make X-mas post cards. Initially claimed fee was 260 czk, grow up to 400 czk, but you find this out only at the very last stage of preparation procedure. Wanna use template - 10 czk each. Plus delivery will cost U another 55 czk. No options. I do not recommend, a waste of time. Sincerely.
