After one visits their offices, one can imagine litacka go the extra mile to select incompetent personel. Well done you are certainly the standard of bad service!!!

I came because I did not know how the system worked, unfortunately they were not able to help me cause I do not speak Czech and they couldn’t help me since they just spoke their language. I totally understand it, it’s their country and bla bla, but being the main public transportation in the capital city, in a relatively big city, they should be able to at least speak English or German to communicate with expats or foreigners, since there is such a huge community in Prague. Besides that their service seems to be working pretty fine.

After waiting for half an hour, completely different numbers started appearing on the board and it looks like my number sequence won't come up. I thought that i would make the most of my time waiting and fill in the application form that I need, but the stands with the forms are nowhere to be found. I am absolutely furious!

Queue here moves slowly in parts of the day. Staff is polite and speaks English, but waiting here may be irritating.

These estimated times on board means nothing! I came in the early morning (7,40), standing in queue, took a ticket at 8,00 and I was 35th. It showed estimated time 11 minutes. It is 8,34 and only 23rd person is just called. So, lets triple your estimated time or so and have a breakfast or lunch during your wait time. Regarding their website, I wanted to do the express order, but I could not, only the classic way with waiting one month. Really great.. Only positive thing here was very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend going here anytime except September.
