We made a reservation online for the next day. In the morning, After driving for an hour we called this place to make sure the order was received but to our disappointment we found out their online reservation system had a glitch and they didn’t have any bikes available for us. The rep on the phone didn’t even try to help us and accommodate us. No apologies and no resolution. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Hodinova cesta do pujcovny, po predchozim telefonickem potvrzeni a presto kola nejsou k dispozici. Bud je na telefonu blbka, nebo tomu proste nerozumim.
Zbrusu nová půjčovna kol a elektrokol, když jste na dovolené, je to super zážitek poznat okolí , doporučuji.
