Terrible place. Waste of public money in the middle of nowhere. If you are travel by bus outside of Ostrava, you cannot miss it. Bad toilets, very small covered waiting room and police station, where are no officers. Are you hungry? Buy something at gas station. Want to walk to the city? Good luck.

While the terminal is quite well arranged, the engineers designing it thought that not putting any walls around the shelters and making their roofs from a translucent material would be a good idea, so during a summer day, you will fry under them just as if you were standing in the open. The restrooms are usually clean. There is a police station, security cameras are scattered all over the place and there are usually two officers on a patrol, but given the type of people you often see there during the day, I'd at the very least watch over my pockets in the later hours anyway.
Big bus station with nice nature, waiting room with slot machine. You can go to any place in Ostrava from this point.

Five star transit experience. Waiting for your bus or tram is so much better here than in North Korea.
