One of the five best theaters in town. Up the stairs there is interesting smaller room where the theater company Masopust Is performing. Highly recommend!

This small theatre is offering unique atmosphere where actors feel like at home. You can meet them sitting in the bar drinking and chatting. Most plays can be considered alternative, some of them have English/German subtitles. As it is old and in a historic building there is no chance of enlarging the venue so be prepared for narrow rows and not so comfortable seats. It is currently under construction and hopefully will reopen at the end of October and will keep the same old atmosphere.

It's a cozy smaller theatre, could be considered more artsy I think. The shows are usually quite full and sold out, so it is better to get the tickets beforehand. They give student discounts and some plays are with English subtitles! Lot of people and even the cast tend to hang out in the theatre cafe/bar after the show.
I have seen two plays by this theatre,both of them were mindblowing! Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely want to go back to see more of this amazingness!
