Definitely a 3 star hotel. Few amenities but friendly and helpful staff. My room has a kitchen but not much kitchenware to use it nor soap to clean if you do. Water only gets luke warm at best but you have a kettle for true hot water. Tea and instant coffee provided. In room safe but no outlet by the desk for a laptop.

The hotel is nice, right in the down town, but the furniture is old. The bathroom was clean and some pieces were new, but other details and some pieces were not so nice. Good breakfast. I didn't like the coffee. They have a bookcase on the hall. Choose a book for reading. The parking is free and it is OK. It is located under the hotel. It is not allowed to park on the street, be careful. Their parking has an abrupt entrance and they have lots of old stuff in, but it is Ok.
Stayed here a weekend while visiting Prague. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is quite close to all the main sights so well worth booking here if you're visiting the city as a tourist. Reasonable prices and room was clean and warm. Good hotel, I'd stay again.
Nice hotel with nice rooms. The lobby is a little outdated but the overall experience is nice. Good price and a great location. The location makes it well worth the costs.
Rooms are clean and do have all necessary things. Very near to the tourist attractions. Reception seems always in a hurry, but with this good price this is no issue
Best hotel great food A1 location seconds away from the bars pot shop resturants. 5 mins walk to old town square and charles bridge.
Nice place, well located, the room was well kept, hot water and everything. The only thing the room I took the heater wasn't working so I had to spend three nights with cold. I left I note on the door knob but seems they didn't care. The people at the front desk very friendly.
