The worst experience you can have in Prague is this restaurant. We were expecting some nice Indian food after looking at the review here, but came across a stupid Spanish Host who is arrogant like hell and don't know how to welcome guests in a service providing industry. We walked down 1.5 kms to visit this restaurant but due to his behaviour we left the restaurant without having any food.

Happened upon this restaurant. It was very close to our hotel and decided to try it for the sake I trying Indian food in Prague. It was an amazing experience. Very friendly staff and food was made to order per our liking. Coming from NJ I would say this surpasses a number of restaurants I have tried back home. The price is another point in their favor. Must try if you are looking for Indian food.
The food is good, no doubt. But that slow ass service ain't cuttin it. Took me an hour before I received my food. It was nice, but not worth a one hour wait.

Cheap and nice Indian restaurant in the center of Prague. Try theirs madras, its great.
Off the beaten trail and really good. Was not anyone there when we went, enjoyed our experience quite a lot. Great Indian food.
Same as previous review: ordered a thali and it took over an hour and consisted of one curry, a hint of a second, a lukewarm onion bhaji and a pile of rice, hidden under a piece of bread. Too slow, unimpressive, tourist trap to avoid. Didn't meet the Spanish guy, thankfully.
Very poor service... Especially the way the attendant treats guests.. We barely sat there for 5 minutes but looking at the hosts behaviour and his arrogance we left without having any food. Waste of time...
