The T-Mobile store in Prague here is in the middle of the City of Prague. It's good to have local number to avoid roaming charges. The prepaid card cost 17 or 400 korun (Czech republic money) And the staff are very nice and Friendly

Amazing service. The man that helped me set everything up and explained throughly my plan. He ensured everything worked before I left the store and explained how to top up if I need more data later on. Would definitely recommend to company and location. I was in and out of there in no longer than 10 minutes!
went there to cancel service (inet broadband), got assured its canceled, after some time got bill for the same service.. when asked them, service is still active. somebody just promised but did not act..
Most people seem to leave a review only when they want to complain. Time to set the record straight. We went to upgrade a basic SIM to a nano and were served quickly and efficiently. The assistant was helpful and informative. Don't be put off by the other reviews.
Terrible service. Like many other reviewers here, I bought a 4gb card here that is preloaded with 100mb - the remaining 3.9gb should be activated within 30 minutes. I had the sim card for 2 whole days and it was never activated. When I discovered this, I stopped by a t-mobile store in Austria and they said they could not help me because they are in a different country, and did not even attempt to help me. This is not my first time having issues with t-mobile and by far they are the worst telecommunications company I've had to deal with. They don't respect their customers enough to provide support for the products that their customers pay for. T-mobile's practices verges on false advertising. Buyers beware.
Not scammers, but certainly need some retraining in effective communication. I purchased the 399Kr sim with 4GB of data. (The 2GB is 299). All new sims with t-mobile come with 100MB of data by default (available on activation), then the additional data is added on top. Now, this additional data takes several hours to appear, in my case 5 hours. This was not communicated to my when I purchased the SIM. The staff speak perfect english, but they clearly were not interested in doing anything more than the bare minimum.
SCAMMERS! went there to get a sim card for visitors. the seller told me the 2gb was 299 kc. we paid and left. next day sim card stopped working. long story shot the guy scammed us selling a 100mb sim card for the price of the 2gb. if you wanna be scammed go there
