A great shop selling hats, all men's hats are handmade for men and ladies with high quality and reasonable prices, and they have another branch in Ostrava.

Rude and annoyed to sell. Too bad, because hats are great.
I first walked into the shop after having found a nice hat on their web shop. The hat in my size were somehow too large, even one size smaller was still too big. The lady suggested to go smaller but they didn't have one in the store. I contacted their HQ and they told me they sent the hat to the store a few days later. Off I went to the shop and then another lady manning the store didn't speak English and didn't understand what I wanted. Despite the fact that this is perhaps one of the most tourist-oriented business district of Prague. Without accepting the defeat I again wrote the HQ and they told me that they needed to know if I was coming to the store to try it (obviously, as I needed to know my size before ordering online or at the store). On Wednesday they wrote me that the hat will be ready at the store. So, on Friday I went to the store for the third time and the ladies there told me that the hat that was sent from the factory for me to try on had already been sold and no longer had one in my size. It’s just so stupid how they manage the store / stock / internal communications. The bottom line is that unless you walk into the shop and happen to find the design and colour you like and in your size you won’t get it, ever. Period. I cannot recommend this stop to anyone.
Excellent shop, fantastic service from the shop assistants. They gave knowledgable and helpful advice about styles, colours and how to wear each type of hat. Great quality hats made by a famous Prague maker. Highly recommended.

I love the hats, beautiful, good quality.. Unfortunately I cannot tell the same about sales representatives and the client service I experience. I entered the boutique with 3 other persons, none of us were greated. The sales representative stared at us with a judgemental look, no smile, no service. After enquiring to try different hats she looked so annoyed and bored. Nothing was explain about the brand, the hats and how to take care about them. I finally chose one hat as I received a gift coupon from my boyfriend. Overall a really bad experience and a really wrong service quality for those high quality products.
great hats but a very wierd retailexperience. At first it seemed like the salesperson didnt want to sell to us even though we were seroius. My girlfriend got a rude comment about that she had a very large head and that the hat she wanted were specifically for women, like she wasn’t woman enough? And she wansn’t helpfull at all when I wanted to try different hats. Sad since the Topak hats are great quality and fairly priced. bought a fine hat that I am very satisfied with.
Nice hats, good quality with reasonable prices. Recommended to buy as a souvenir from Czech. I read the reviews before going into the shop and know there is a “famous” unfriendly lady behind the counter. There were three ladies when I shopped there. Two of them were quite friendly, and it’s so easy to tell who is the famous unfriendly one.
