Alexio has been doing my Czech tax filing for the past 6 years. All work is done a professional and timely manner. The firm's owner, Roald, is always generous with his time and advice, going into the pros and cons at every decision making point. I like Alexio's organized structure: appointments with the team are booked online and I can easily upload my documents to Alexio's secure cloud storage to avoid confusing back-and-forth communications by email. Alexio's pricing is very competitive (considering the high-quality work they do) and very transparent. Alexio stays in regular contact with the various Czech tax authorities (health, social, property, VAT etc), so that any questions that arise can be addressed and resolved quickly and properly. I feel that I am in good hands with Alexio.

I am super happy with my consultation with Roald. The Alexio website has been a great help for many years, so I booked an hour long consultation to answer all of my questions. Not only did he come super prepared into our meeting (he went through all of my pre-submitted questions and had looked up my trade licence etc already), he also gave lots of additional tips and I learned so much in just 60 minutes! If you have questions about setting up as a freelancer, invoicing or about submitting tax returns etc, I would highly recommend them.
Person of contact just fell out of contact after sending documents by courier. Waste of money, waste of time. Look elsewhere. Called several times, telling me everyone is holiday, like for months. No response to emails, no completion of service agreed upon. Astonishing this place is in business. Got sorted elsewhere, didn't need to pay for courier fees, Cz tax office accepted everything with scanned copies. After reading this jokers reply, we sent by DHL in six hours, tracking had it arrive the next day. Only delays was his professionalism.
I had a consultation call on Skype with Roald the owner. about complicated questions for combinng trade license with an s.r.o. and extending visa and all the accounting aspects around it. In the past I have talked with several consultants and none was so detailed like this one. Roald was giving me so much valuable information and the hour of consultation was 100% well spent. Highly recommended.
