We took a very well organised short tour of Prague on the morning of our first day. It was an excellent way to see the city and then plan the rest of our trip. Great and amusing guide who had very definite opinions on a range of subjects. Including the location of the current Foreign Ministry in a previous lunatic asylum. Good guy and a very enjoyable tour. Highly recommended.

We bought tickets for the bus tour and got a river cruise in with it to use within 48 hours. We eventually got on what we thought was the correct bus, the bus then pulled over behind a green bus with the guy working on the bus saying that is the bus you want. We said thanks so much for your help and tried to get on the bus with the tickets. This horrible woman said straight away no, this isn't the one. We can't take that ticket! We were really annoyed. The driver came out to see what was happening, he didn't help. The woman was absolutely disgusting. Didn't even look at the ticket, didn't offer us any advice or anything. I wouldn't employ this woman, not good for business at all! I'll tell you why she didn't want us on the bus, because it was empty and she couldn't be bothered! Luckily later that day after feeling deflated, we came across this lovely guy who was selling tickets for lots of bus tours etc - yours included. We showed him our tickets and explained about our experience and the horrid member of staff. One of your buses turned up, he gave him our tickets and we got to do the tour and the river cruise. The staff on that bus were lovely.

This was the worst hop on hop off I have ever been on. Were told buses every 10 mins waited 20 minutes then bus did not even have commentary no head phones. Second bus had headphones but the commentary was terrible pointing out Hilton Hotel and not informing about the beautiful historic buildings. Waited 15 mins for the staff member on the bus to get his lunch at one stop and bus did not leave until he had eaten it. Very unprofessional staff and tour very disappointing. Avoid

I went on the Terezin tour today. It was extremely informative and well organized. Bus was clean and air conditioned. I can’t understand all the bad reviews! I would highly recommend this tour.

I travelled with a 3 year old and a very large stroller. Max, one of the sales agents, offered to store it in their office so that we could have better access to all the buses and more easily see the attractions. It was soooo helpful! All the staff at the stops were super friendly. The buses were new and comfortable. Commentaries are offered in multiple languages. Only downfall was that the volume in the bus for the green line was super low and I had to cover my ears to hear it. I was very pleased with the service.

Lies all the way. Told that castle tour was included, and it turned out not to be. Very cheap audio system, you cant hear commentry. Irregular buses (45 min compared to 15 mins frequency committed). Avoid please.

The honest and enthusiastic person I have ever seen, our tour guide, Gustav Helm, helped me get my wallet back. I realized I left my wallet at entrance of the St. Barbara cathedral in Kutna Hora when the bus was almost back to our hotel in Prague. Gustav gave me his business card and called the church right away. The church had my wallet but it was closed. Gustav arranged to take all passengers back to their hotels. We thought he would then come to our hotel to discuss the solution since we were leaving Prague early morning the next day. Instead, I received his call---he was on a train to Kutna Hora, would be back before 11pm. The young girl works at the church entrance met Gustav at the main train station in Kutna Hora to give him my wallet. Gustav came back at 10:15 pm, earlier than expected. I wanted to give him some money as reward, but he walked away and said: he was happy to help out and it was arranged by his company. This happened on 4/23/2019. It was very windy and chilly. The passengers were from different hotels and not easy to manage. This not very young guide spoke English and Italian to explain every interest points, used a black umbrella, running up and down. He worked very hard and enthusiastically. I appreciate him and the girl and the company very much.

As I type my husband and I are waiting at the first stop we disembarked and our day has literally been ruined. The bus was 45 minutes late at our pickup and now 25 minutes late and counting. It is not traffic as every other bus has come by on time. They do not have employees attending the stops so no choice but sit, wait, and hope they show. Absolutely awful!
