It's a nice combination of dinosaur park and a cute zoo which certainly will fill an entire day with entertainment for your children. The space is well taken care of. They have been improving it over the years so it's worth to come once in awhile. Obviously there are things to improve like the quality of the food court, the toilets and more areas for children to play but it's in the right track. Definitely recommend

Place is a bit run down. But fun for the small kids.
Vyskov zoo is nothing special but nevertheless has a nice area and playgro8nds for the kids. Dinopark it's very nice and with a lot of things to see and do. Worth the visit.
This was a rather disappointing experience. Parking was sooooooo far from the entrance. In order to save the zoo from closing down, all the visitors are forced to arrive at the zoo first where you can wonder for a bit and then you have to hop on a train which would take you to the Dino park. Train runs every 20 min or so, so expect waiting time in a queue at least 40min or even more. It was hot day with 3 kids and one of the scheduled bus gone missing. So we waited for 1hr to get on the train. Nightmare. Train ride would take 10-15min. You can't go to Dino Park directly, you have to use the train. At the DP there are nice models and it's blending with the forest well. The walk would take you around 2hrs or less depending how big children you have. You can go and watch 4D movie or you can go to the train queue and wait for him. Oh and the food and drink stalls - they are small, therfore not many staff can fit in to handle loads of visitors and the waiting time was also super long. Our friends went the other DP in Ostrava and they were really disappointed with the quality difference. Kids liked the Dinos however it was hell for parents.
Great place to spend a day with the kids
Only way how to go there is by a "custom" train that starts in the Zoo. I do strongly recommend to catch this train as soon as possible. We went to the Zoo first, then we have to wait about hour and half to get to the train. In a really hot summer. No clouds...anyway the Dinopark is quite small, yet quite lot of dinosaurs. Many of them have moving parts, there is sound played for the authentic atmosphere. Food there is however a basic fried one. You can visit "4D" movie that is kind of short, not many place to sit and it was a bit hot there. The 4th D is a movable floor which was.. interesting, yet not so strong experience.
