Rented equipment. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were unsure how long we would stay, and they allowed us to rent for a few days with an option to extend it with the same discount as if we had rented everything from the beginning. Gave us helpful advice and suggestions and freely allowed us to change equipment (from downhill ski to cross country and back) when I took a nasty fall (they didn’t allow us to shorten the rental when this happened, but I think this is pretty fair considering that is the point of giving a good price for several days).

Great service and price. We switched between downhill and cross country ski with no extra charge. Also they helped us through our first steps of skiing - putting on the shoes and skis.
Price is ok for equipment and lessons. Had a good snowboard teacher. Washo was nice and we learned all basics in the first 8 lessons.
Danke an Ripo für die Geduld und die ruhige Art und Weise mit den Kids umzugehen. Wir kommen wieder nächstes Jahr.
