Never ride this bus. I bought 2 tickets so I could ride in relative comfort. Reserved two seats, which a couple were sitting in, so politely asked them to move. They wouldn’t. Told the bus driver and he told me to sit somewhere else. I would complain to their management about the scam of reserving seats but, judging by their reviews, there’s no point. Take another bus.

AMS bus is very unreliable transport company. Waiting at the bus stop for 40 minutes when I called the service to have update about my bus. They informed me the bus was going to be delayed for 2 hours without any notification to the customer. The same situation has happened to me 1 year ago but I gave it the second chance this time. Not anymore. Definitely not recommended.
