Just like Home Depot but with horrible Czech customer service (cashier). Bad customer service ruins the experience of the whole store so I hope the manager trains their employees to be at least nice to the customer.

Overall a good choice of items you need for your home. I bought faucets, a sink, bathroom cabinets, a mirror, and many more things there. However, I realized later that there are other shops too which have a similar or wider choice, such as Obi. And Hornbach is much superior in regard to number of articles available.

A Bauhaus just like any other Bauhaus, therefore the rating is relative to this level: here the staff is ok, helpful, self-checkout available toilets clean, access by car a bit cumbersome but, mainly, the sub-level parking is for 90 minutes and then you pay quite a lot. Well, unless you spend shopping in the value at least 500 CZK. If you want to wander among the shelves, waiting for the inspiration, go elsewhere, the nearby OBI is a better choice (also when speaking about the range of goods).

My assessment is low because of the return service that is at the entrance, to be precise, a big old lady with glasses. Bad manners and when addressing me he just didn't want to do his job. You can't have such a customer service person. Terrible!
