The store is great, with so many tools and household items, but sellers speak just Czech language. They've been rude even when I try to use other Slavic languages for better understanding. 3 star is because of the bad service!

You aren't allowed to enter with your backpack or bag. If you are lucky and you have your backpack with you, you'll be searched by security on the exit. I didn't felt that I'm welcomed customer. It's ridiculous. This was the last time I went to the BauMax.
Very bad selection of staff. Products are ok but you need a lot of time to find personal to help you.
