Fabulous- loved it when we went four years ago and it’s fab still! Cocktails are great fun. I had Be Sorcerer with plum brandy and a coffee cocktail called Be Loco.
We were sitting at the bar so we could watch our drinks being made. We would recommend this, since u can see what's in it and u also get to have a little show with every cocktail that you order. Since there's a little special about every single one of them. The barkeepers were very friendly and even though they weren't speaking english fluently they tried their best to make conversation and guarantee a great experience, which it was! The prices are alright for what u get.
Really nice bar in the same hotel which has the only star Michelin restaurant in Prague. I must say the guy who invented the cocktails names had much imagination. There are some which are pretty standard, but some really surprising, such as the one you receive a brush and toothpaste, on the one you have to do for yourself as an alchemist or even the one you receive a sombrero since the cocktail is Mexican. The food menu has some variety but it’s not huge. The beef burger I must say, was okay, not impressive. The goulash the same. If there is something that this bar is doing right is the cocktails and the desserts, really delicious and the right amount of sweetness, not to sweet, neither too salty. I highly recommend it, I really enjoyed it.
Fabulous evening made even better by Tomas our bartender. He talked us through the cocktail menu, recommends things we might like and answered our many alcohol and Prague related questions. He was also very thoughtful in ensure we had enough water to drink. The bar itself is a lovely 1920s style cocktail bar but with a modern DJ and trendy cocktails that all have some form of spin to them. Everything so reasonably priced. If you’re looking for Instagram suitable cocktails this is the place to go.
I honestly have to say this is the best bar I have been in my life so far. The service is excellent. The bartenders are great. And the drinks are even better. And can I say that the drinks are also cheap but worth way more. I came here to celebrate the wedding of my wife and I and I got to say it was worth every second in the cold to get here. I would recommend trying this bar even if you don't like liquor as the bartenders know what they are slinging.
Absolutely stunning atmosphere. They have a 100% happiness policy or you dont pay. Always greeted by great staff, proper 5 star service. Food is just sensational, a little more than the average price but the service is worth it
Excellent service! All staffs speak good English! We ordered Thai red curry, but the rice wasn't fully cooked. They changed for us and compensate us with Becherovka (herbal liquor). The cocktail is a highlight of the night!
