I experienced the worst customer service ever through this company with an online order of a light (easygrowlighting.eu). After 3 weeks I figured out they were still waiting for parts that I ordered! Cancelling my order was a real pain. Luckily it all got solved through a paypal claim. It took 3 months to get my money back. For the sake of your company I'd advice you to improve your customer service and be transparent about your stock and delivery process!
Would not recommend to anyone. I placed an order in February, now it's June and it's still nothing. No refund, no order. Great work guys.
