Nice big gym. Not very new but has lots of training machine.
Nice and friendly gym. I was there for the first time, because the second gym (Benešova) is closed during the Christmas week. Ladies locker room is clean and nice (the same for showers). According to other reviews I got lucky about staff on reception. You can stay for how long do you want with Multisport card (better service than Benešova but it's probably caused by wellness part). I miss the wellness opportunity here. What I didn't like is the gym arrangement. It's one big rectangle so you can see almost everywhere from the point where you stand. It's not like everyone is watching you but if you don't feel comfortable with people around you, you may feel cautious and that can ruin your good feeling from exercising. Benešova is divided into segments so you feel more relaxed. Some equipment is newer than in the gym on Benešova Street. As big plus, you can use the deposit box for free, just ask for the key on reception. But I still prefer the second one.
Václavská: nice personnel, big and clean gym with a load of machines, clean notbroken lockers, ok showers, i appreciate clean shower heads. The only minus is a smelly shower drain, but except that i really like it there.
Pretty big and equipped, separate room for excercise with own body, or group lessons, also calisthenics "cage". But would want some refresh of the machines. In late hours too crowdy.
Good gym with many machines, it’s a pity that they don’t have certified classes like body pump, spinning.. etc. tried their classes they were not really professional, but if you are only looking for a gym with machines it’s nice. Staff is not really polite, or they don’t want to bother themselves in speaking English for explaining anything!
Great place and service. English speaking staff makes it perfect for foreigners. Just a small suggestion, i always have the feeling of being "kicked out" 15-20 min before the closing time.
