Avoid this clinic. We travelled from Belgium to Brno based on their GCR accreditation. They advertise with high success rates, but that is not for IVF/ICSI with own oocytes, in my case. Not all the staff speak good English, which makes communication sometimes difficult. There is a big difference in quality in ultrasound specialists. Some dont even have the patience to look at your ovaries very well. The waitingroom is too busy, which makes the time per female very very short. The embryologist could not explain why they did not perform Assisted Hatching, although we have paid for it. Finally she tried to escape by telling that it could only be performed when you also pay for GPS. These two performances have no connection whatsoever scientifically. AH is standard procedure as it is included in the main price. GPS is very expensive, and with her statement, all of a sudden it has become a money issue. And if there is bad news, they just will send you a text message. Altogether it makes it very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Positive are their bloodtests and internist.

This clinic is fantastic. The coordinators for the IVF program are wonderful. I would recommend the facility to anyone that is looking for any type of treatment. This was the only clinic in CZ that could give me actual up-to-date statistical success rates. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke English. All my questions and concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. The egg donation program is quite different from the United States but lacks nothing. They have the knowledge and practices in place to achieve the results you would want!!!
