Unexpected to happen. I received a message telling me that my simcard has been stolen that is why it is blocked. How could it happen? I have my phone with me and suddenly it's been blocked because the simcard is stolen? Unbelievable. I tried to reply but unable to send a message because it's already blocked.

Needed to wait for an English speaking personnel. I think all personnel should be able to speak English because Brno has a large amount of international community who live and work. All personnel we're polite and willing to help.

They prices are waaaaay to much!!! The service is the best in T-Mobile no doubt but they are really asking for too much .
