I inherited some gold medallions and needed to sell them; their only value was in their gold content. This was the only shop in Prague that I could find that posts the price it will pay on their website (updated several times each day). I don't speak Czech, but I had a colleague call them to set up an appointment, and I also emailed them with exactly what I was bringing (karat and weight). Given that they provide on the website the amount they pay, I was able to calculate beforehand the amount I expected to receive. I arrived, they weighed the gold and measured its purity, and I received almost precisely what I expected (slightly more, actually). This is the only time in my life I have ever needed to sell gold, and frankly I was not looking forward to it; however, they were very professional and polite throughout, and I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

I went there because I wanted to buy a small brick of gold as a wedding gift. So I went there, as I am Not Czech, I ask the lady if she speaks english and she said „No” . After I told her I want to buy gold for 30k she said „no problem“ . So I took a seat and she told me preddy rude, that she didn’t tell me to have a seat and she has some other costumer to finish (nobody there in the shop and no work on her desk). I told her then I will buy the gold somewhere else... Will buy it in Germany then, where customer service means something...
Byly jsme s přítelkyní velmi spokojené. Objednaly jsme se dopředu, oba pánové v prodejně se nám ochotně věnovali, na naše otázky odpovídali se znalostí věci, vše vysvětlili, obchod proběhl na úrovni. Ráda doporučuji. A.Švábíková

I když zazvoníte, paní ani nezvedne hlavu aby vám naznačila že o vás ví... po chvíli čekání a několikerém zvonění jsem to vzdal. Nezájem o zákazníka, nezdvořilost. Rozhodně nedoporučuji.
