Run down old building, Hotel Garni were we stayed (formerly pyramid 2). The main pyramid is not much better. Just as other comments said we also booked a Double Person Room, not a single and was rudely asked to pay 150 for the 5 nights for my partner. We managed to get this down to 40 with some arguement. The staff in the main pyramid are incompetent and not friendly. Our cleaners in the lower hotel were friendly and nice. Shower head was broken, replaced next day. Shower soap dispenser broken, was never replaced. The only two good touches was the breakfast in the lower hotel was very tasty and fresh and the animals are fun. The complex is full of retired German people of a mean age of 75. Not a great environment. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here in future. So many better options around the town at a great price!

We came here for a relaxing, quiet gateway and that is exactly what we got!! We absolutely loved this place! The rooms were spacious and nice. The breakfast was delicious and on top of that, the restaurant also served lunch and dinner (where we ate many times). The food was amazing every single time and the staff was excellent!! We loved one of the servers in particular, she seemed to take a special liking to our 3 children (12, 5, & 2). She went out of her way to learn english in order to have somewhat of a conversation with us (we used a combination of english and german lol, it worked\u200d️). The pool in Hotel Pyramid I was a 30 second walk from II. There was a small play area for kids and a petting zoo with a small variety of different birds!! There were many deer, goats, some emu's, really pretty birds, and a small fish pond. There was also a neat little castle on the grounds. You can also take a really nice walk through the trails to Frantiskovy Lazne (hope it's spelled right) which is a beautiful little spa town! We enjoyed our stay here so much, we would definitely come back!!

Moc pekna teraska s krasnym vyhledem na oboru. Clovek tu opravdu hezky zrelaxuje. Obsluha celkem mila, jen jidlo teda opravdu nic moc, obyc smazeny syr za 140 a polevka slana jak *****.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nettes Personal und sehr sauber! Und eine Schöne Umgebung! Bleibt so! Wir kommen gerne wieder
Ein sehr schönes Hotel hier passt alles. Ein sehr gutes Preis-- Leistungs Verhältnis. Komme jederzeit wieder.
