I ordered a Nexx helmet from them after failing to do the same at the local \dealer\. They were kind and helpful, there was a short emailing before the shipment and I got the helmet soon after the bank transfer. A little later I found out that a few accessories were missing from the package. I contacted them and again they were helpful. I got an accessory pack from them in three business days. Kind people (Eva at customer service for sure), good service, I can only recommend.
