This is not an international hotel. Extremely unhelpful staffs at the reception. The staffs would not assist me when I spoke to them in English in any case as they claim they don’t understand English. It is a deep disappointment that the staffs in this hotel are of such low quality and literally had zero training in basic simple english such as identifying keywords like extension of rooms or to assist us when we want to purchase the mint or elderberry syrup etc. The lady who claims she worked in the night shift was the rudest and ignored me throughout when I requested for her help in English. She ignored me when I requested for extension of 3 nights more in the hotel. She was not willing to help at all. Attached is the photo of the very rude lady who was unwilling to help for the management to take action.

Nice hotel for one night stay. Clean room. Very close to highway.
When we stepped in the room I was hesitating of I should give a rating to the place. They do have a 24h reception, which came in handy cause we arrived quite late and the rate of the room (with breakfast included) was also reasonable. And of course the main plus: it is next to the highway. Still, the room was cold as we stepped in it and the only reason we didn't stay cold in the night was that we cuddled up in the bed...The bathroom was big enough, but they still managed to put the smallest shower box in it. Frankly: I kept bumping into stuff while showering... Fine, sleep will be sweet. But no! One of the windows was missing the blinds. So of course I got waken up by the morning light. Definitely not my choice after a long day's sleep. And then the cherry on the top: they put two mineral bottles im the room, which we did drink. I noticed a small paper on them with a number, which I sincerely didn't understand. Until the next day they asked us by the check out if we drank the water. The price: a rip off of course. Sure, it didn't kill me to pay it, heck I might even had paid for it if I knew that was the price. But I didn't. It wasn't obvious. And anyhow, do they really need to charge for a bottle of water in the room? (1,5 Euro per 0,5 liter btw.) For Heaven's sake, raise the room price by 3 Euro and leave the bottles for free! As of now this hotel feels soo cheap, and a bit like a tourist trap!

A lovely clean hotel. Nice staff, friendly towards children. Good food - the grill and the ice cream bar were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay there.
