This is a good art house cinema complex, with three theatres of various sizes, a decent refreshment stand, wine bar, and some excellent art house films. European films are mostly screened with subtitles, making it a popular place for the expats of Prague. Good sound and climate control. Seniors have dramatically reduced rates on certain days. They screen a wide variety of foreign and local films, rotating screenings between the three theatres.

They offer movies with English subtitles! Art house cinema with smaller screens. Plus is they have a bar and you can take drinks inside but they don't offer any snacks.
Such a nice cinema - very different from the big chains. Smaller screens and the whole experience feels more intimate. You can get beer at the small bar, there's some comfy chairs in the lobby to talk after/before the film. Cool place.
This cinema is different that every cinema I've ever been to. Great atmosphere, the movies start in time, the seats are very comfortable. Before the movie starts you have the opportunity to buy snacks and drinks at the small café-bar which is located downstairs, next to the hall. The only negative thing is that people are coming late in after the movie started and use the flashlight of their phones which is disturbing. So make sure to come in time :)

I love this Cinema. Local, pleasent and movies are smth more with to watch. You can go to see any movie there and you know it's a good one. Plus their beer is excellent and approach towards ecology great! More cinema's like that! Ahoj :)

I wish I started going to this art cinema when first moved to Prague. So many festivals. You can support independent cinema. You can sit on the stairs prior movie and bring beer and hlebicki and hang around. The ppl gathering there are very responsive audience, you can actually hear laugh or any other emotions unlike those cineplex cinemas where no one is showing any sign of reaction. The space is also smaller so you have that intimate feeling.
