The movies are always so LOUD my eardrums are bleeding! For such a small room (cine gold) it is crazy. The chairs are comfortable but i have to stay in a quiet room for a few days just to get my hearing back, this can't be good for anyone's hearing...

Smooth. Smooth ticket purchase, smooth finding our seats, very nice and clean men's toilets, no problems whatsoever. The prices are extreme however. 80CZK for small 0.5l sodas. I haven't purchased anything there, other than the tickets, because of that.
Very bad sound quality in the hall we were in, barely could understand the dialogues, it really totally destroyed the movie experience. And additionally, the food and drinks were very expensive (probably more then cinema city) and popcorn was not fresh!
Nice cinema!during the working week there are no people at all and it’s comfortable to enjoy the film. The prices are average, but they have a cool system of discounts and twice per month I go to the cinema free of charge.
Gold Class is great experience
Very friendly staff, (English speaking) and the the cinema is modern a lives up to the expectations of a modern cinema
Really nice theater with many screens and many movies in English with Czech subtitles. The concession stand can get busy at certain times. Order tickets online ahead of your movie and take your time to get inside the theater. Parking underground and super convenient to line B metro and many trams.
the seats in the movie theatres have arm-rests that go up like on a plane. so you can lie down on multiple seats and nap during the movie (if the movie is boring). my friend got her shoe stuck in the escalator here and it was quite a fiasco. all in all quite a cool vibe
