Fast and efficient copy/print/scan services at affordable prices. The location is quite busy but efficient. You will find some computers available to use to print documents as well as the staff can scan/print from your USB drive. Service was very quick and managed to be in and out in a few minutes.

Great quality prints, the personnel is nice and helpful. All of them speak english. The prices may seem high, but the product and service is definetly worth the price!
I have been using Copy General for years, and this location in Prague 7 is by far the best. Lu at this location has been particularly helpful, but everyone there is great and works hard to find a solution for me with a smile.
Very nice and working well. System is a bit overengineered, but staff is there to help. Wouldn't be so bad if you had at least the most basic info in English

Absolutely amazing service. I have been there few times. Today 1.11.2018 there was a young guy with pony tail. He just did everything and anything to help me. I will always go there and recommend this place in Holesovice to everyone. Also none of them seemed bothered at all that of course just before they close at 7PM many customers came last minute. All the staff that was there today evening deserve a recognition. They bring and keep customers which must be the goal of the owner. Thanks and please keep it up! Simona Folcova
I went here in spite of the bad reviews because I was in a rush and I got pleasantly surprised. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, spoke English well and made sure we were alright. The process of printing out a few things was quick and painless.
