I am a UK based property investor and CP 101 have been managing my properties in Czech Republic for several years now and I would seriously recommend them. Over the last 15 years or so I have been involve in the purchase and rental of a large number of properties in a number of Eastern European countries and found the local agents to be of very variable quality. These guys are however, are very good. Not only is their day to day management of rental properties pretty seamless with an excellent website, which is really easy for use for UK tax payers but they are also very good at handling property sales for you. I recently sold a flat in through them and found Gin Khan Ghupp based in their Prague office to be exceptionally capable great communications, admin and he actually does what he says he is going to do. (Seldom happens in my experience) I am trying the think of some negatives to give a balanced view but I cannot really find anything worth mentioning. Compared with some of the idiots out there in both the UK and Europe these guys are, in my experience, Premier League quality. You should certainly speak to them if you are into property management/sales in Czech Republic.

I have used Czech Point 101 as letting agent and sales agent for my property in the Czech Republic. I've been working with CP101 ever since I bought an apartment in Brno ten years ago. Throughout that period the CP101 team have always been most personable and very efficient. There is a real culture of care and attention to detail that runs through all their services, whether property identification, ongoing management and letting, meeting local financial accounting requirements, and also ultimately the management of the sale process. I would thoroughly recommend them for a comprehensive property management service and providing informed and specialist insight and guidance.
I contacted Czech Point 101 in 2015 to assist with the sale of two properties in the Czech Republic, all whilst I was based in Australia. I made use of the full PoA service and throughout the process, they were extremely courteous, professional, helpful, provided explanation and advise when requested, had contacts for supplementary services (legal, etc) and made what is a long and complex process into a very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend anyone else to consider them when buying or selling property in the Czech Republic.
I find Czech Point 101 a very helpful guide for foreign property investment in Czech Republic. It frequently demonstrates the CR policies/regulations in the actual conducts, almost a powerful manual book.
hello , my rate for this company is ZERO star .. they are liars , they wants to take only your money .. i advice you do not rent from them or buy from them .. On the beginning they will be very nice and they will do all to serve you but the end they will show the real face Specially their agent called : in Khan Khup When i first rent from them the flat , i have paid all what is needed , the caution was 1month and half .. after i left the house in same status i have found .. now the agent dont want to give me back the money because he wants me to paint the flat as the new tenants are asking for it !!!!!!!

I was looking for a mid-term rental in Prague. After the initial contacts with Nathan, I have been in contact with Khuppi in Prague.
