As mentioned many times - very wide selection of goods, convenient location and opening hours. The only think Im always amazed about is the really aggressive sales pitch for Moravian wine and snaps just before final payment

Great food. Everything delicious and the staff works hard to make your mouth water. On the expensive side though.
Amazing variety of cheese, hams, sausages, meat, pasta, sauces, wine and mainly bottled beer Matuška :) They will let you taste (almost) everything and the service is brilliant - they are ready to advise and are very pleasant. TIP! Also they will put together a nice basket of goodies (upon your choice) and it is a great gift not only for foodies.

I had been a loyal customer since August of 2017 because of their high quality meat and cheese selection, but recently I bought 500grams of what seem to be delicious lamb meat on 23/11/2017 and the employee guaranteed the meat to be good until 29/11/2017. On Nov 25th I opened the vacuum sealed package only to discover a foul smell, the meat was already turning green(disgusting). My wife whom speaks czech contacted the store on 27/11/17 and employee told us he’d talk to the owners, we went later the same day and owners DENIED to refund/ exchange the bad meat. Shame on the owners who decided to lose a good customer for the price of their rotten meat.
