The worst parcel service ever. Avoid at all costs. You can read about the horrible communication (and service) in hundreds of reviews. If you finally reach them, you won't learn anything useful. Only the following: - We have your package - We will try to deliver it in the future - We don't have any estimation of when we manage to do so (why should we?) - We will keep claiming it will be tomorrow, then apologize, claim it will be the day after, etc. That's the way we do it. - F you customer.

Very bad service. After 15 minutes of waiting for DPD to pick up my call the guy hung up on me when I asked him about the service.
They lost my parcel somewhere, and just send me \you wasn't at home\. Their website has no phone number to contact, they behave just as a scammers.
The DPD company was not able to deliver my package to agreed adress and it end up in the DEPO. There is no way of contacting them. You can dial the phone number, but you will never get to talk to anybody, it is just a robot and than they tell you to go to the website etc. They do not respond for emails. It is truly very bad. Avoid this.
